• Account registration: Name, email address, phone number, society/company name
• Lead forms: Contact details, city, preferred language, society details
• Business idea submissions (NeBeX): Business idea description, contact details
• Demo bookings: Name, phone, society name, city, preferred language
• Payment information: Processed via Razorpay — we do not store card details

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen size
• IP address: For security, fraud prevention, and geographic analytics
• Cookies and local storage: Session management, language preferences

Information from Third Parties

• Google Sign-In: Name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account (only when you choose "Continue with Google")
• WhatsApp: Messages sent to our WhatsApp business number

How We Use Your Information

Google OAuth & Sign-In

Our platforms offer "Continue with Google" as a sign-in option. When you use this feature:

• We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google
• We do not receive your Google password, contacts, Gmail, Drive, or any other Google data
• We use this information only to create and authenticate your account
• Your Google account remains under Google's control — we cannot access it beyond what you authorize
• You can revoke our access at any time via Google Account Permissions

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share your data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Razorpay (payments), Twilio (SMS/voice), Google (authentication, maps), AWS/Hostinger (hosting). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• AI model providers: For NeBeX idea evaluations, anonymized data may be processed by OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI providers under strict data processing agreements
• Legal requirements: If required by Indian law, court order, or government authority
• Business transfer: If IIHPL is acquired or merges, data may transfer to the new entity with same privacy protections

We never share your data with: Advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, or any third party for their own commercial purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in India and Europe (Hostinger KVM infrastructure). We implement the following security measures:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• PostgreSQL databases with access controls and regular backups
• Fail2ban and firewall protection on all servers
• Regular security audits and monitoring
• Passwords stored as secure hashes — never in plain text

While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

Under Indian data protection law (DPDP Act 2023) and applicable regulations, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
